1.3 In the event of any conflict between translated versions of this Agreement and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. mstbet may request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed and any balance returned to the original depositing payment method.
2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the Platform. mstbet makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any specific location. 2.3 Registration Requirements. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including a valid Pakistani mobile number. 2.4 One Account per Person. Each individual user may hold only one mstbet account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.2 Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard debit card, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods and applicable limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account and are subject to change.
4.3 Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. mstbet reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
4.4 Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. mstbet may request documentary evidence confirming ownership of the depositing payment method.
4.5 mstbet will not accept deposits sourced from illegal activity. Where mstbet has reasonable grounds to suspect that deposited funds are linked to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity, the account will be suspended pending investigation and relevant authorities may be notified.
5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. mstbet may require withdrawal to an alternative method at its discretion where required by its payment processor or applicable regulations.
5.2 Prior to processing withdrawals, mstbet may require completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including provision of a valid government-issued identification document.
5.3 Processing times vary by withdrawal method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within 30–60 minutes. Bank transfers typically process within 1–4 hours. Actual processing times may vary and are not guaranteed.

5.5 Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld where mstbet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6.2 Bets are only valid once confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued. mstbet is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the user's side.
6.3 mstbet reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, incomplete or abandoned events settled under applicable rules, or where mstbet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or collusive activity.
6.4 Live in-play bets are subject to live market suspension at any time. Bets placed during a suspension window will be void. Delay in live score data transmission does not constitute grounds for a void bet claim.
6.5 Maximum win limits per bet may apply and are displayed at the point of bet placement. mstbet reserves the right to limit the size of bets accepted from individual accounts at its discretion.
7.1 All casino games available on the mstbet Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and fishing arcade titles — are provided by third-party game studios. The rules, RTP percentages, and volatility ratings for each game are determined by the relevant studio and are displayed within each game's information panel.
7.2 RNG (Random Number Generator) outcomes in slot and table games are governed by certified random number generation processes. Live dealer outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) and are not subject to manipulation by mstbet.

11.2 Upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms, mstbet reserves the right to withhold any balance, including winnings, pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited.
11.3 Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting mstbet support. Any remaining real-money balance not subject to active restrictions will be returned to the depositing payment method following completion of any applicable KYC checks.
12.1 The mstbet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mstbet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mstbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.
12.3 mstbet's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of funds held in that user's account at the time the claim arises.
13.1 All content on the mstbet Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of mstbet or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the mstbet Platform without express prior written authorisation from mstbet.
14.1 mstbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, registered users will be notified via the contact details associated with their account prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 The current version of the Terms & Conditions, together with its effective date, is always available on this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mstbet is licensed to operate. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling regulation is subject to change and agree to remain informed of their obligations under applicable local law.
15.2 In the event of any dispute between you and mstbet arising from or in connection with these Terms, you agree to contact mstbet support in the first instance to seek resolution. mstbet will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties may pursue resolution through applicable legal channels in the competent jurisdiction. mstbet does not waive any right or defence available to it under applicable law by agreeing to informal dispute resolution procedures.
